Chester Let was formed in 2008, primarily as an internet based letting agency however the business has grown substantially since then, our reputation for fairness, efficiency and cost effectiveness has proven itself time and again.
In 2013 we evolved into Chester Let & Sale and now offer a full sales package at competitive prices. We have also created a range of products to suit the DIY Landlord, whether you require a professional DVD inventory, a gas safety/electrical safety/EPC certificate or small handyman jobs to full property renovations, we have these products which you can purchase directly through our website.
We are located in a two storey period retail property based in Handbridge and there are free 30 minute parking bays for our visitors just across the road. To assist us in coping with growing demand our team has been expanded to ensure that we continue to perform to the highest professional standards and we regularly review and implement the latest regulations to protect our clients.
We are licensed by the National Approved Letting Scheme which sets standards within the letting industry, are members of the safe agent programme, members of The Property Ombudsman for sales and lettings and are keen to work towards a more transparent and fair way for all.
